RoAd RAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:0

Sometimes my friends think that I have road rage.  You know like, getting mad when people go to slow, honking at people for making bad turns, getting pissed when they puill out in front of me, flashing people for going to slow, flashing people with their brights on, and getting mad at people when they walk out in front of me.  My friend Kyle Mansour quotes me on, "I'm in the car, and you're not, who's gonna win?"  I'll admit sometimes I get fired up, but people just have it coming.  Some people just shouldn't be on the road.  I don't understand people that go 35 in a 40.  I want to go 40, not 35.  Or when people slow down for unreasonable conditions like, "OMG it's raining!!!!" or "Holy cow there's so much snow!!!" when there's just a few flurries.  I also don't understand why people go so slowly in the morning on the way to school.  The school zone signs aren't flashing, so there's no reason to go less than 35mph.  I also hate it when people don't realize that they can turn right on red, or when they pull out quickly in front of me and end up going slower than the speed limit.  It's like why did you cut me off again, when you just could have waited 3 more seconds.   Although, I will admit I do like to drive 5 over the speed limit, but I'll aceept the speed limit as a minimum.  And I don't understand why people drive who can't see over the steering wheel.  Some people just shouldn't be on the road.

  1. Henry, I thoroughly enjoyed your post. I have encountered many of the same drivers as you have. The ones I dislike especially are the ones that are extremely hesitant at four way stop signs. They sometimes let two or three cars go before they get the nerve to finally go themselves, at which time they usually go while another car is going thus creating a classic awkward four way stop encounter.

  2. Oh, dearest Henry, I really love watching your rage present itself right before my very eyes. The things that this post encompasses - the truths of idiots on the road, the fiery passion that you exude, and the humorous call out from our friend Kyle - all offer one of the funniest posts I've read in a long time. I do indeed find it infuriating myself, that person who goes below the speed limit. I mean, I know it is a speed LIMIT, but honestly, we've been going 5 or 10 mph over for decades. This is perhaps why I find your depictions so funny, because I see these characteristics in myself. That, and the fact that you are a wizard at writing in a humorous fashion.
